Over the last decade, I've helped 300+ SaaS founders generate over $1B in self-serve revenue. My journey began in 2016 when I was doing demand generation and we launched a freemium product. That experience gave me what I call my “PLG to Jesus” moment.
I realized that the traditional sales-led approach was broken for most SaaS companies. There had to be a better way to grow a business—one that let the product do the heavy lifting.
